Our services are delivered online unless stated otherwise.
4. Not a Crisis Service
AINT Foundation CIC is not a crisis or emergency service.
If you are in immediate danger or require urgent support:

5. Booking & Access
- Users can book services through our website
- Sessions are subject to availability

6. Private Therapy Terms

- SOS sessions require immediate payment at booking
7. Community Support Terms
- Community sessions are offered at £20 or free depending on eligibility
- Spaces are limited and may be allocated based on need
- Repeated non-attendance may result in removal from sessions
8. Cancellation & Missed Sessions
Private Therapy
- No charge with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in full charge
- Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings
Community Support
- No financial charge for missed sessions
- Repeated non-attendance may result in loss of access
9. Training Programmes
- Training may be free or paid depending on the programme
- Access is granted upon registration or payment
- Certification is subject to completion requirements
- We reserve the right to update training content
