2. Payment Timing

• For private therapy, payment is typically required 48 hours before your session
• SOS sessions require payment at the time of booking
• We accept secure online payments and bank transfers
• Refunds are subject to the rules below

3. Private Therapy Cancellations

We understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and consistency:

• No fee is charged with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings

This helps maintain reliability and emotional safety for all clients.

4. SOS Sessions

• SOS sessions are paid at booking because they are prioritised for urgent emotional support
• Late cancellations may not be refundable due to the short-notice nature of these appointments

5. Community Support

• No financial charge for missed community sessions
• Repeated non-attendance may result in loss of access to future community spaces

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible through the same booking channel you used, or by contacting us through our website.

Providing clear notice (ideally 24 hours or more for private therapy) gives us the best chance to offer your slot to someone else.

7. Missed Sessions

If you do not attend a booked private session without notice, it may be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
